A107 road
The A107 is a road in London, England. It runs in a broadly north-south direction, connecting the A10 at Dalston in the London Borough of Hackney with the A13 at Limehouse in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Specifically, the route begins as Kingsland Road at its junction with the A10 near Dalston Junction railway station. It continues south through Shoreditch and Hoxton, maintaining the name Kingsland Road until it reaches Old Street. From Old Street, it continues south as Shoreditch High Street, then Norton Folgate, and Bishopsgate, becoming Commercial Street south of Liverpool Street station. From Commercial Street, it finally merges into the A13 at Limehouse.
The A107 is a major traffic artery in the area, carrying significant volumes of vehicles and public transport. The route passes through densely populated and historically significant areas of East London, including areas noted for their vibrant nightlife and cultural diversity. As such, it experiences considerable pedestrian and cycling traffic.
