5th Krajina (Kozara) Assault Brigade

The 5th Krajina (Kozara) Assault Brigade was a military unit of the People's Liberation Army of Yugoslavia (Partisans) during World War II. It was formed in the Kozara region of Bosnia in the autumn of 1942. The brigade was primarily composed of Serb and Bosniak (Muslim) volunteers from the surrounding area.
