Venu Madhav (actor)
Venu Madhav (1968 – 2019) was a popular Indian film actor, comedian, mimicry artist, and television presenter primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema. He appeared in over 600 films throughout his career, establishing himself as one of Telugu cinema's most prolific and sought-after comedians.
Born in Kodad, Suryapet district, Telangana, India, Venu Madhav began his career as a mimicry artist and stage performer. He entered the Telugu film industry in the early 1990s, quickly gaining recognition for his comedic timing and ability to portray a wide range of characters.
His notable films include Master, Dil, Simhadri, Athadu, Happy, Yamadonga, Krishna, Ready, Brindaavanam, and Baadshah. He often played supporting roles, providing comic relief alongside leading actors.
Beyond acting, Venu Madhav also briefly ventured into politics.
