Uspallata

Uspallata is a town located in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. Situated in the Andes Mountains, it lies approximately 100 kilometers (62 miles) west of the city of Mendoza, along National Route 7, which connects Argentina and Chile.

Historically, Uspallata served as an important resting point along the trade route between Argentina and Chile. Its strategic location in the Uspallata Valley made it a crucial stop for travelers and merchants traversing the mountain passes.
