Still (SWV album)

Still is the third studio album by American R&B vocal trio SWV, released on February 6, 1997, by RCA Records. The album followed their commercially successful debut It's About Time (1992) and their second album New Beginning (1996).

Still aimed to solidify SWV's position in the R&B market and showcase their evolution as artists. It features production from a variety of notable producers including Sean "Puffy" Combs, Allen Gordon, Teddy Riley, and Babyface. The album incorporates elements of R&B, soul, hip-hop, and new jack swing.

Singles released from the album include "You're the One," which became a moderate hit, and "Rain," a ballad which achieved greater commercial success and is considered one of SWV's signature songs. Other notable tracks include "Use Your Heart" and "Give It Up."

While Still achieved platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), it did not reach the same level of commercial success as SWV's previous albums. Despite this, it is generally considered a solid R&B album that showcased the group's vocal talent and songwriting abilities. The album explored themes of love, relationships, and personal growth.
