Stella Johnson (basketball)
Stella Johnson (born August 22, 1998) is an American professional basketball player. She most recently played for the Washington Mystics of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).
Johnson played college basketball for the Rider University Broncs. During her time at Rider, she was a standout guard, leading the team in scoring and earning multiple All-MAAC (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) selections. She was named MAAC Player of the Year in 2020.
Johnson was drafted by the Phoenix Mercury with the 29th overall pick in the 2020 WNBA draft. She was then traded to the Washington Mystics. She has also played professionally overseas.
