Scott Ethan Allen (born February 8, 1949) is an American former figure skater. He is the 1964 Olympic bronze medalist, the 1965 World bronze medalist, and a three-time (1962–1964) U.S. national champion.

Allen began skating at a young age and quickly demonstrated a natural talent for the sport. He trained under renowned coach Pierre Brunet. He was known for his strong jumping ability and clean skating style.

His bronze medal at the 1964 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria, at the age of 15, made him the youngest male figure skating medalist in Olympic history, a record he held until Yuzuru Hanyu in 2014.
