Ron Harms
Ron Harms (born January 29, 1942) is an American college football coach. He served as the head football coach at Adams State College from 1974 to 1977, Emporia State University from 1978 to 1979, and Texas A&M University–Kingsville from 1987 to 1999, compiling a career college football record of 172–107–6.
Harms's coaching career is notable for its success at Texas A&M-Kingsville, where he led the Javelinas to multiple Lone Star Conference championships and national prominence in NCAA Division II football. He was recognized for his achievements with numerous coaching awards and has been inducted into several athletic halls of fame. He is known for his commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
