Robin White (tennis)
Robin White (born December 10, 1963) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. She achieved a career-high ranking of World No. 15 in singles in 1985 and World No. 8 in doubles in 1984.
White is best known for her success in doubles. She won the 1984 Australian Open women's doubles title with partner Anne Hobbs, defeating Martina Navratilova and Pam Shriver in the final. She also reached the women's doubles final at Wimbledon in 1983, again partnering with Hobbs, but they lost to Navratilova and Shriver.
In singles, White reached the fourth round of the 1985 Australian Open and the third round of the 1983 US Open, her best Grand Slam performances in singles. She won one WTA singles title at the 1985 Virginia Slims of Utah.
After retiring from professional tennis, White has been involved in coaching and commentating.
