Marko Popović (basketball, born 1985)

Marko Popović (born June 12, 1985) is a Croatian professional basketball player. A point guard and shooting guard, he is known for his scoring ability and playmaking.

Popović began his professional career with KK Zadar in Croatia. He has since played for numerous teams across Europe, including Valencia BC (Spain), UNICS Kazan (Russia), Žalgiris Kaunas (Lithuania), BC Khimki (Russia), and Fuenlabrada (Spain). He is a veteran of the EuroLeague and EuroCup competitions.

Throughout his career, Popović has earned several individual accolades and team titles. He has represented the Croatian national basketball team in multiple EuroBasket tournaments, World Championships, and Olympic Games. His contributions to the Croatian national team have made him a recognizable figure in Croatian basketball. He is considered a seasoned veteran with a wealth of experience at the highest levels of European basketball.
