Lois Hall

Lois Hall (March 22, 1926 – December 21, 2006) was an American actress best known for her roles in film and television from the 1940s through the 1990s.

Hall began her career as a child model and radio actress before transitioning to film. She appeared in numerous B-movies and serials, often playing the ingenue or damsel in distress. Some of her early film credits include "Meet Dr. Christian" (1939) and "Babes in Bagdad" (1952).

She found success in television during the medium's early years, appearing in anthology series like "Alfred Hitchcock Presents," "The Loretta Young Show," and "Science Fiction Theatre." She also had recurring roles on shows such as "Perry Mason," and "The Bob Newhart Show."

Hall's career spanned several decades, and she continued to work steadily in both film and television. Later appearances included roles in "The Stepford Wives" (1975), "Midnight Madness" (1980), and guest spots on popular television series such as "ER," "Six Feet Under," and "Cold Case."

Hall was known for her versatility and ability to portray a wide range of characters. She retired from acting in the late 1990s. She died in 2006 at the age of 80.
