Iota (singer)
Iota, born Caleb James Morley (born 1969), is an Australian singer, songwriter, actor, and composer. He is known for his powerful vocals, eclectic musical style encompassing rock, pop, and electronica, and his captivating stage presence.
Iota initially gained prominence in the Australian independent music scene in the mid-1990s, playing in various bands before embarking on a solo career. He released his debut album, The Sea, in 1996, followed by Big Picture Riot in 1999, which garnered critical acclaim and commercial success.
His breakthrough album, La Caravana, released in 2006, won him the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Award for Best Male Artist. Other notable albums include Beauty Queen (2002) and Hole in the Sky (2014).
