Gavin Rae

Gavin Rae is a Scottish former professional footballer who primarily played as a midfielder. He is best known for his time playing for Dundee, Rangers, and Cardiff City.

Rae began his professional career with Dundee in 1996, quickly becoming a key player for the club. His performances led to a transfer to Rangers in 2004. During his time at Rangers, he won the Scottish League Cup in 2005.

In 2007, Rae moved to Cardiff City, where he played for four seasons. He later had spells with Dundee again, Milton Keynes Dons, and returned to Scotland to play for Aberdeen and Dundee.

After retiring from professional football, Rae moved into coaching.
