Davrian

Davrian was a British car manufacturer, founded in 1965 by Adrian Evans and based in Wales. The company was known for producing lightweight, fibreglass-bodied sports cars, often powered by Hillman Imp engines.

Davrian's early models, such as the Mk1, Mk2, and Mk3, were typically sold in kit form, allowing enthusiasts to assemble the cars themselves. This made them relatively affordable and popular among amateur racers and club motorsport participants. The cars were designed with a focus on handling and performance rather than comfort or luxury.

Later models included the Davrian Dragon, which was a more sophisticated design and offered in both kit and fully built forms. Davrian production continued, with periods of inactivity, until the early 1980s. The Davrian marque has a devoted following among classic car enthusiasts, and restored or original examples occasionally appear at classic car shows and motorsport events. The design principles of lightweight construction and performance-oriented engineering remain hallmarks of the brand.
