Cypriot Cup (Northern Cyprus)

The Cypriot Cup (Northern Cyprus), officially known as the Turkish Cypriot Cup (Kıbrıs Kupası), is the premier knockout cup competition in Northern Cyprus football. It is organized by the Cyprus Turkish Football Association (KTFF). The winner of the cup traditionally earns a place in the Turkish Cypriot Süper Lig for the following season, although this may vary depending on league regulations. It also grants the winner the opportunity to play in the Turkish Cypriot Super Cup against the Süper Lig champion. The tournament features teams from all levels of the Northern Cyprus football league system. The Cup provides a significant avenue for lower-league teams to compete against top-tier clubs, offering them a chance at silverware and potential promotion or a place in the Super Cup.
