Bob Wilson (footballer, born August 1898)
Robert "Bob" Wilson (born August 1898, date of death unknown) was a Scottish professional footballer. Wilson played as a left back.
His professional career began at Dumbarton, where he made several appearances. He then moved south to England and played for several clubs, including Ashington, Halifax Town, and Nelson. While at Nelson, he made 103 league appearances between 1924 and 1927. His later career saw him play for Rochdale, after which his professional football career appears to have ended.
