Bob Quick (basketball)
Bob Quick (born January 19, 1946) is a former American professional basketball player. A 6'5" guard/forward, he played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for eight seasons.
Quick played collegiately at Xavier University, where he was a standout player. He was drafted by the Baltimore Bullets in the 1968 NBA Draft as the 23rd overall pick.
He played for the Bullets (later the Washington Bullets) from 1968 to 1974. Following his time in Washington, he played for the Philadelphia 76ers for the 1974-1975 season, and finished his NBA career with the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1975-1976 season.
Quick was known for his scoring ability and was a valuable contributor off the bench for his teams. After his playing career, he remained involved in basketball, sometimes working with young players.
