Bill Osborne (Australian footballer)

William "Bill" Osborne (born 21 April 1947) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Geelong in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Osborne, a rover, played 66 VFL games for Geelong between 1966 and 1971. He was a member of Geelong's losing Grand Final team in 1967, where they were defeated by Richmond. He was known for his speed and tenacity. After leaving Geelong, he continued to play football at a local level.
