Besenzone

Besenzone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Piacenza in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 140 kilometres (87 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Piacenza.

Besenzone borders the following municipalities: Alseno, Busseto, Cortemaggiore, Fiorenzuola d'Arda, Villanova sull'Arda.

The comune is primarily agricultural. Its historical significance is relatively minor, with limited documented events distinguishing it from other small towns in the region.
