Anthony Parker (defensive back, born 1975)

Anthony Parker (born November 18, 1975) is a former American football defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oklahoma and was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the sixth round of the 1999 NFL Draft.

Parker played for the Minnesota Vikings from 1999 to 2003, primarily as a cornerback and special teams player. He then played for the San Francisco 49ers in 2004. Following his time with the 49ers, he had a brief stint with the Oakland Raiders in 2005 before being released.

During his NFL career, Parker was known for his speed and aggressive tackling. He primarily contributed on special teams, although he also saw playing time as a backup defensive back. He recorded several tackles and passes defended during his time in the league.
