Andrew Hudson (cricketer)

Andrew Hudson (born March 17, 1965, Durban, Natal Province, South Africa) is a former South African cricketer who played in 35 Test matches and 89 One Day Internationals (ODIs) between 1991 and 1998.

An opening batsman, Hudson was known for his solid technique and patient approach to scoring runs. He formed a successful opening partnership with Gary Kirsten in both Test and ODI cricket. He was a key member of the South African team that competed in the 1992 and 1996 Cricket World Cups.

Following his playing career, Hudson served as a selector for Cricket South Africa. He also worked as a commentator and analyst for cricket broadcasts. He has held various administrative roles within South African cricket.
