Alucard (Castlevania)

Alucard, whose real name is Adrian Fahrenheit Ţepeş, is a prominent character in Konami's Castlevania video game series. He is the son of Dracula, the series' primary antagonist, and Lisa, a human woman who was executed for witchcraft. This mixed heritage gives Alucard unique powers and abilities, setting him apart from both humans and his father.

Driven by his mother's dying wish that he not hate humanity, Alucard fights against his father's destructive ambitions. He possesses immense power derived from his vampire lineage, including shapeshifting (often into a bat, wolf, or mist), teleportation, control over darkness, and potent magical abilities. Alucard's most notable appearance is in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, where he awakens from a self-imposed slumber to investigate the sudden reappearance of Castlevania after Richter Belmont's disappearance. He explores the castle, battling Dracula's forces while grappling with his own inner demons and the revelation of his family history.

Throughout the Castlevania timeline, Alucard appears in various forms and across different timelines, often as a powerful ally to the Belmont clan or other protagonists fighting against Dracula.
