State Intelligence Service (Sri Lanka)

The State Intelligence Service (SIS) of Sri Lanka is the primary intelligence agency of the Sri Lankan government. It is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence related to national security, including threats from terrorism, extremism, and other forms of subversion. The SIS operates under the purview of the Ministry of Defence and is tasked with providing timely and accurate intelligence to inform policy decisions and support law enforcement efforts.
