Springwater is a census-designated place (CDP) located in the town of Springwater, in Livingston County, New York, United States. The population was 586 at the 2020 census. The CDP is located near the southern end of Hemlock Lake, one of the Finger Lakes supplying drinking water to the city of Rochester. It is situated along US Route 15 and NY Route 15A. The CDP encompasses the main settlement and surrounding residential areas within the town of Springwater. Local landmarks include the Springwater United Presbyterian Church.
