Phil Spencer (television personality)

Phil Spencer (born 11 December 1969) is a British property expert, television presenter, and businessman, best known for co-presenting the Channel 4 property shows Location, Location, Location (with Kirstie Allsopp) and Relocation, Relocation.

Spencer was educated at Uppingham School. Before his television career, he worked as a home finder for affluent clients. He founded Garrington Home Finders, a property-finding company, in 1996.

His television career began in 2000 with Location, Location, Location, where he helps homebuyers find properties that meet their criteria. His on-screen partnership with Kirstie Allsopp has been a mainstay of British television for over two decades. Beyond Location, Location, Location, he and Allsopp have also collaborated on numerous spin-off shows, including Relocation, Relocation, which focused on people moving to different areas of the UK and abroad.

Spencer has presented and appeared in other property-related shows, including Phil Spencer's Stately Homes, Phil Spencer: Secret Agent, and Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It. He has also authored several books on property buying and selling.
