Oh Jin-hyek

Oh Jin-hyek (born October 15, 1981) is a South Korean archer. He is best known for winning the gold medal in the men's individual archery event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, becoming the first South Korean male archer to achieve this feat.

Prior to his individual Olympic gold, Oh Jin-hyek was a member of the South Korean archery team that won a bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics. He has also won multiple medals at the World Archery Championships and other international archery competitions.

Oh Jin-hyek is recognized for his consistent performance and strong mental fortitude in competition. He remains a prominent figure in South Korean archery and continues to compete internationally.
