Mihály Hesz (born in Hungary) is a Hungarian sprint canoeist who competed in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He primarily competed in the K-4 (kayak four) events.
Hesz achieved notable success at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships. He won a silver medal in the K-4 10000 m event at the 1987 World Championships held in Duisburg, Germany.
