David S. Mann (judge)

David S. Mann is an American judge serving as a Judge on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Judge Mann received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1984.

Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Mann was a partner at the law firm of Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he practiced bankruptcy law. He was a board-certified specialist in business bankruptcy by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification.

Judge Mann was appointed to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio on April 1, 2011, and his current term expires on March 31, 2025. He is based in Cincinnati.
