Craig Miller (American football)

Craig Miller (born October 18, 1962) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Brigham Young University (BYU), where he was a backup to Steve Young. He is best known for stepping in during the 1984 Holiday Bowl against Michigan, where he replaced an injured Robbie Bosco and led the Cougars to a national championship victory.

After college, Miller was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 1985 NFL Draft. He played for the Saints from 1985 to 1987. He also played for the Minnesota Vikings in 1987. His professional career was relatively short, primarily serving as a backup quarterback. Since retiring from professional football, Miller has worked in various business ventures.
