Corno (river)
The Corno is a river in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It rises in the Julian Alps, specifically within the Province of Udine. The river flows generally southward, passing through or near several towns and villages before joining with the Tagliamento river. The confluence with the Tagliamento occurs near the town of Cornino. The Corno is known for its relatively cold, clear waters and its role in shaping the landscape of the region. It is also a significant source of water for local communities and agriculture.
