Peter Brady (footballer)

Peter Brady (born January 26, 1953) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played with the South Melbourne Football Club (now Sydney Swans) in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Brady, recruited from Assumption College, debuted for South Melbourne in 1972. A rover and small forward, he was known for his pace and tackling ability. He played 96 games for the club over eight seasons, kicking 115 goals. He was a consistent contributor throughout the 1970s, often featuring in the club's best players.
