데이비드 S. 워드
David S. Ward (born July 5 1945) is an American screenwriter and film producer. He is most prominently known for writing the screenplay of The Sting (1973), for which he received the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. His other notable film credits include The In-Laws (1979) and Heaven’s Gate (1980), on which he served as a writer. Ward has also worked as a producer on several projects, most notably on the film adaptation of The Whole Nine Yards (2000).
