Western Arctic (Northwest Territories electoral district)

Western Arctic is a territorial electoral district in the Northwest Territories, Canada. It elects one member to the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories.

The district encompasses the Sahtu Region and portions of the Inuvik Region. It includes the communities of Tulita, Norman Wells, Fort Good Hope, Colville Lake, and Délı̨nę.

Historically, the Western Arctic riding has seen representation from both Indigenous and non-Indigenous candidates. Key issues in the district often include resource development (particularly oil and gas), environmental protection, transportation infrastructure, and the promotion of Indigenous languages and cultures.
