USS Yew

USS Yew was a United States Navy vessel. There have been two ships named Yew:

• USS Yew (AN-42): A Ailanthus-class net laying ship launched in 1943 and placed in service in 1944. She served in the Pacific Theater during World War II and was decommissioned in 1946.

• USS Yew (YN-31): A yard net tender commissioned in 1941. She provided net tending services throughout World War II and remained in service until 1946.
