Swing (1999 film)

Swing is a 1999 American musical drama film written and directed by Martin Guigui and starring Lisa Stansfield, Hugo Speer, and Jacqueline Bisset. The film tells the story of a British trumpet player, now working as a construction worker in Los Angeles, who rediscovers his love for swing music and a struggling singer who inspires him. He forms a band and they navigate the ups and downs of trying to succeed in the competitive music scene. The film features performances of classic swing tunes as well as original songs.
