Shortly thereafter, Colin's car breaks down, and he is assisted by a beautiful woman named Jina (Emma Booth). A bag of money, evidence of a crime, is discovered near Colin's car, implicating him in a murder he didn't commit. He then becomes entangled in a web of deception, betrayal, and violence as he tries to clear his name and escape the dangerous situation.
The film is characterized by its neo-noir atmosphere, tense pacing, and plot twists. It explores themes of greed, corruption, and the fragility of fate. Swerve received mixed reviews upon release, with critics praising its performances and cinematography but noting flaws in the script and plot contrivances.
