Stan White (linebacker)
Stan White (born February 22, 1970) is a former professional American football player who played linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Oilers/Tennessee Titans from 1993 to 2000.
White played college football at Auburn University, where he was a standout linebacker. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft.
During his eight seasons in the NFL, White was known for his toughness and leadership on the field. He primarily played on special teams and as a reserve linebacker. He was a member of the Titans team that reached Super Bowl XXXIV in 2000.
After his playing career, White has remained involved in football, working as a coach and mentor to young players. He is also involved in various charitable endeavors.
