Sparrows Point (album)

Sparrows Point is the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Josh Rouse. It was released on September 18, 2007, on Rykodisc. The album is named after Sparrows Point, Maryland, a former steel mill town near Baltimore. Unlike some of Rouse's previous work, which featured a more international sound, Sparrows Point focuses on themes of American life and the working class. The album was primarily recorded in Valencia, Spain, where Rouse resided at the time.
