Skęczniew

Skęczniew is a village in Turek County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Skęczniew.

The village is located approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) east of Turek and 127 kilometres (79 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.

Historically, the area around Skęczniew has been agricultural.
