Seri Setia (state constituency)

Seri Setia is a state constituency in Selangor, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Selangor State Legislative Assembly.

It was created in 2018 after a redelineation exercise from the former Seri Kembangan constituency. It is located within the parliamentary constituency of Petaling Jaya.

The constituency is primarily urban and suburban, comprising residential areas, commercial centers, and light industrial zones.

Electoral History:

• 2018: In the 2018 general election, the seat was won by Halimey Abu Bakar of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), which is part of the Pakatan Harapan coalition.
• 2018 (By-election): Following the death of Halimey Abu Bakar, a by-election was held. Danial Al Rashid Haron Aminar Rashid of PKR won the seat.
