Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018)

The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) is a mid-range Android smartphone manufactured by Samsung Electronics. It was announced in September 2018 and released later that month. The device featured a triple-lens rear camera, a first for Samsung, consisting of a 24MP main lens, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP depth sensor.

Key features included a 6.0-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2220 pixel resolution, powered by an Exynos 7885 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor (depending on the region). The phone came with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.

The Galaxy A7 (2018) ran on Android 8.0 Oreo with Samsung's Experience UI out of the box, later upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie with One UI. It also included a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3,300mAh battery, and support for Dolby Atmos audio. The phone was available in various colors, including black, blue, gold, and pink. The device targeted consumers seeking a camera-centric smartphone at a more affordable price point than Samsung's flagship models.
