Saheki (crater)
Saheki is a lunar impact crater that lies in the western part of the Mare Fecunditatis. It is located to the east of the Rupes Altai scarp, and to the northwest of the prominent crater Langrenus.
This is a relatively isolated feature with only a few minor craters in the immediate vicinity. Saheki is circular and bowl-shaped, with a sharp rim and terraced inner walls. The interior floor is relatively featureless, with no central peak. A small, cup-shaped craterlet lies along the southwest inner wall. A few tiny craterlets also mark the inner floor.
The crater is named after Japanese astronomer Tsutomu Saheki.
