Saddle Tramp (album)
Saddle Tramp is the second studio album by American country music artist Moe Bandy, released in 1976 by GRC Records. The album features the title track, "Saddle Tramp," which became a significant hit for Bandy. The album largely follows a traditional country sound, characterized by themes of working-class life, honky-tonk experiences, and romantic hardship. Other notable tracks on the album include "Hank Williams, You Wrote My Life" and "Barstool Mountain." Saddle Tramp solidified Bandy's position as a prominent figure in the Outlaw country movement, although his style leaned more towards traditional honky-tonk than some of his contemporaries. The album was commercially successful, contributing to Bandy's rising popularity in the mid-1970s.
