The SS Demosthenes was a passenger steamship built in 1911 by Harland and Wolff in Belfast for the Aberdeen Line. She operated primarily on the route between the United Kingdom and Australia, carrying passengers, mail, and cargo.

The Demosthenes was a significant vessel of her time, representing the advancements in shipbuilding and passenger transport during the early 20th century.
