SABRENet
SABRENet is a regional optical network serving educational and research institutions in the state of Alberta, Canada. It provides high-speed data transmission capabilities, facilitating research collaboration, distance learning, and access to advanced computing resources.
Specifically, SABRENet is a consortium-based advanced Research and Education Network (REN). It connects universities, colleges, polytechnics, and other research-intensive organizations across Alberta to each other and to the rest of the world through national and international research networks.
