Princess Maria Luisa of Savoy (1729–1767)

Princess Maria Luisa of Savoy (Maria Luisa Felicita of Savoy; Turin, 25 August 1729 – Turin, 22 June 1767) was a member of the House of Savoy. She was the youngest daughter of Charles Emmanuel III, King of Sardinia, and his second wife Polyxena of Hesse-Rotenburg.

Maria Luisa remained unmarried. Throughout her life, she resided primarily in Turin, at the court of her father and later her nephew, Victor Amadeus III. She was known for her devout Catholicism and charitable works. She frequently patronized religious institutions and engaged in philanthropic activities aimed at assisting the poor and sick in Turin.

She outlived both of her brothers, Victor Amadeus, Duke of Savoy and Eleonora Maria Teresa of Savoy. She died in Turin in 1767 and was buried in the Royal Basilica of Superga. Her death did not have significant political ramifications. She is remembered primarily for her piety and contributions to religious and charitable causes within the Kingdom of Sardinia.
