Officer Downe (film)

Officer Downe is a 2016 American superhero action film directed by M. Shawn Crahan, co-founder of the heavy metal band Slipknot. It is based on the comic book of the same name created by Joe Casey and Chris Burnham.

The film stars Kim Coates as Officer Downe, a Los Angeles police officer who is repeatedly killed in the line of duty, only to be resurrected and redeployed by his superiors. The narrative follows Downe's violent and often surreal encounters with various criminals and threats to the city.
