Michael Heffernan (politician)

Michael Heffernan is a former Irish politician. He served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Fine Gael party in the Tipperary North constituency from 2007 to 2011. Prior to entering national politics, he was a member of North Tipperary County Council. His political career focused on local and regional development issues within Tipperary. He lost his seat in the 2011 general election.
