Matthew Harper (American football)

Matthew Harper is a former American football cornerback. He played college football at Baylor University. After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, he signed with the Buffalo Bills. Harper was later released by the Bills and signed with the Green Bay Packers practice squad. He was eventually promoted to the Packers' active roster.
