Martin Plowman
Martin Plowman (born October 8, 1987, in Tamworth, Staffordshire, England) is a British professional racing driver. He has competed in various forms of motorsport, including IndyCar, sports car racing, and the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Plowman began his racing career in karting before progressing to single-seater championships. He achieved success in Formula Palmer Audi, Formula Renault UK, and British Formula Three.
A significant portion of Plowman's career has been dedicated to sports car racing. He has driven for prominent teams in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS), the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), and the European Le Mans Series (ELMS). He won the LMP2 class championship in the 2013 FIA World Endurance Championship with OAK Racing. He also achieved notable results at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, including a class victory.
Plowman has also made appearances in IndyCar, participating in several races during the 2011 season.
